The Residence, at the south-west of the island, at Château d’Oléron, is situated 300m from the sea and 400m from the nearest shops.
It is made up of small semi-detached houses, resembling the traditional fishermen's cottages of the region.
The apartments, which range from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the 4-roomed apartment for 8 pers are all fully equipped : kitchenette (electric hotplate, fridge, mini-oven, dishwasher), shower room with toilet, television (with charge) and small garden.
Most villas have a closed, indoor garage.
An outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September and a launderette, with charge, are at your disposal.
